Pros
Extremely interesting work: really at the forefront of digital marketing, exposure to clients and upper level management, opportunities to own large work streams or client relationships, employees are incredibly intelligent and passionate, friendly/casual work environment without the bro culture of a start-up
Cons
Small company growing quickly, which means that training/onboarding is a bit disorganized. To an extent onboarding is trial by fire. I thought that this was a great way to learn, but some might be looking for more structured training.
