Pros

- The people at Kepler are what make it such a great place to work. As a 55-person fast-growth company, you have the opportunity to get to know almost everyone which creates a close-knit community and gives you access to upper management. The culture is driven but relaxed, so you can enjoy a good laugh with co-workers while also feeding off of their drive and work ethic. - The Kepler culture really values work/life balance and so all employees make an effort to set-up fun and informative work events (Toast & Talks, Lunch & Learn etc.) - Upper management is as transparent as possible about business growth, company culture, and current challenges. Speaking from personal experience, I've not found such transparency in other fast-growth companies so I feel fortunate to have it at Kepler. - Upper management takes a keen interest in developing employees through a rigorous training program. It's great to have access managers and vice-presidents who have been in the industry for a long time. For those lacking digital marketing and advertising experience or for those who need to learn the Kepler way, you will drink water through a fire hose during your first couple weeks at Kepler (it's a good thing, I promise). - Analysts and Senior Analysts are generating real impact right from the beginning. After training, you're thrown into it -- I'm talking campaign impact, client communication, strategic decision-making etc. It's quite an amazing experience, and will definitely pay off in our/your careers down the road to be a part of the decision-making process, not simply executing on orders. Having autonomy in your work is a powerful tool. - As a whole, Kepler is nimble/agile -- the company is always trying to optimize work flow and implement the best technologies and platforms for its clients and employees. - Snacks are on point (keep those Kind bars and Popcorner chips coming).

Cons

- Given the company's recent fast-growth, some teams are putting in a lot of hours at the office. Management is very aware of the pinch and hiring accordingly. - Salary is not competitive as other consulting jobs, but on par with entry-level marketing and advertising roles. - Since we're growing quickly, you'll have to get used to wearing different hats on the job (i.e. interviewing, new marketing platforms, etc.), which might not be for everyone. - You might not interact with everyone on a daily basis (but that's what the work events are for).
