Account leader has no idea what they’re doing. Team structure changes constantly. Moving people around without thinking. People just disappear in the team with no announcement or explanation on what happened. Some managers have no idea what they are doing. They don’t even have basic knowledge about this industry. You will constantly wonder how they got hired/promoted. If you are unlucky, you will get a manager teaches you nothing and blame everything on you. And when you ask questions, they will be inpatient and make sure you feel uncomfortable enough so that you will stop asking questions. HR always has an attitude when you reach out and they lie. This company is not as inclusive as it thought. Mandatory coming back to the office twice a week. I still don’t see the point. What culture are you cultivating exactly? I don’t see a difference just people are more unhappy when they are in the office.
