Cons
I waited a while to submit a review and unfortunately all of the below say exactly what I witnessed and personally experienced while at the company. There isn't anything posted in the last 6 months that isn't unture. What's actually been more unfortunate to see are the Fishbowl conversations. Top leadership has said they will not take into consideration Glassdoor reviews because there's nothing they can do now that the employees have left (which they've also laid off). There is infighting on that app as well. The legacy staff is telling others to record timesheets properly, tell management they're overworked and raise their voices. It's very clear newer and entry level employees do this and have no chance since they're setup to fail by those in charge or those favored. The timeline on Glassdoor is also interesting. If you follow these reviews chronologically, there was a March uptick in employees laid off writting negative reviews. Followed by a few lazy positives to boost ratings, then more tenured employees reviewing the glory days of Kepler. Now back to the negatives. My conclusion... If you like texts on Sunday nights for new 8am Monday meetings, go for it. If 3 management changes in <1yr are your thing, you'll like it here. If watching the DEI team present "fun" Hispanic month slides that say things like, what would you be caught singing into your broom when cleaning? sounds ok to you, you might fit in.
