Pros
Hybrid Schedule... Not much of anything else.
Cons
It's been almost 2 years since I left Kepler, and the experience still causes me anxiety. I never thought my experience with Kepler would be so negative. I moved to New York for the role seeking a new experience. However, after only one month in my role, I realized that taking this job was a mistake. I had 3 managers in 1 year, experienced constant bullying, and received inadequate training. My time at Kepler led to the darkest depression of my life. While the managers and leadership were initially nice, they provided little support and expected me to be a pro after the first month. Seeking help from HR, managers, and mentors was futile, as I received no support. They encouraged questions but belittled me when I asked. When I expressed my depression and anxiety to my manager, she told HR about our conversation against my wishes and refused to help, claiming she had never experienced mental issues. She also harassed me for updates and ignored my requests for help via slack, while responding to others promptly. I expected working with younger talent to be great, but it was the worst. They lacked maturity and accountability. Managers at Kepler did not take responsibility for their teams and were willing to throw subordinates under the bus to save themselves. I had never witnessed such blatant racism in my work career until I worked at Kepler. I had hoped the company would improve, but reading other reviews makes it evident that things have only become worse. If you're reading this, please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
