      solid place to start in the prop trading world, company does listen to the needs of traders and adapts frequently

      Cons

      lack of collaborative effort on the trading floor, very little training, expectations are not always very clear in regards to performance

      Pros

      It was cool to share the trading floor with a bunch of other traders. Enjoyed company happy hours. Good tech and back office. Hands off management

      Cons

      Affiliated with SMB Capital by name only, Mike and Steve would show up on occasion, it was like no one even knew them. very different management and trading styles. Floor manager has too much clout, He wants everyone to swing trade like him.
