      Complete freedom in the work place. Ability to use whatever strategies you understand and like best.

      Cons

      Very poor team atmosphere. The training program does not help so you are dependent on being put on a good team to learn from a mentor.

      Pros

      It was cool to share the trading floor with a bunch of other traders. Enjoyed company happy hours. Good tech and back office. Hands off management

      Cons

      Affiliated with SMB Capital by name only, Mike and Steve would show up on occasion, it was like no one even knew them. very different management and trading styles. Floor manager has too much clout, He wants everyone to swing trade like him.
