      great state of the art facility complete autonomy of your schedule trade what and how you want no personal financial liability good leverage if you can earn it

      Cons

      no training!!! no exit opportunities if you fail in any other finance field very expensive fees that can make it hard to earn a living

      Pros

      It was cool to share the trading floor with a bunch of other traders. Enjoyed company happy hours. Good tech and back office. Hands off management

      Cons

      Affiliated with SMB Capital by name only, Mike and Steve would show up on occasion, it was like no one even knew them. very different management and trading styles. Floor manager has too much clout, He wants everyone to swing trade like him.
