      Pros

      Rewarding work, but if you can do it here, you can do it anywhere. The offices are nice, but then those were set up in glory days of stock market trading.

      Cons

      no growth, limited capital, poor management, idea exhaustion, low morale, egos!!

      Pros

      It was cool to share the trading floor with a bunch of other traders. Enjoyed company happy hours. Good tech and back office. Hands off management

      Cons

      Affiliated with SMB Capital by name only, Mike and Steve would show up on occasion, it was like no one even knew them. very different management and trading styles. Floor manager has too much clout, He wants everyone to swing trade like him.
