      Very good technology to trade and build equity trading models. Divided into several teams to help you find your trading style and enhance your expertise.

      Cons

      Not enough guidance to train newer traders.Could be more advice and monitor.Maybe need a larger place for more traders to trade in the trading desk.

      Pros

      It was cool to share the trading floor with a bunch of other traders. Enjoyed company happy hours. Good tech and back office. Hands off management

      Cons

      Affiliated with SMB Capital by name only, Mike and Steve would show up on occasion, it was like no one even knew them. very different management and trading styles. Floor manager has too much clout, He wants everyone to swing trade like him.
