      Unlimited upside, great buying power

      management not aligned with trader interests. Very high desk fees and a very low profit split for beginning traders. Very poor atmosphere to learn

      Pros

      It was cool to share the trading floor with a bunch of other traders. Enjoyed company happy hours. Good tech and back office. Hands off management

      Cons

      Affiliated with SMB Capital by name only, Mike and Steve would show up on occasion, it was like no one even knew them. very different management and trading styles. Floor manager has too much clout, He wants everyone to swing trade like him.
