there's a lot. all the negative reviews below share real problems! The defensive responses by the official Kespry team on the reviews is a red flag in itself? HUGE lack of a proven product vision & roadmap by execs. so many cooks in the kitchen. secrecy, confusion, role stealing/coup attempts in a product/eng driven team - the company is running itself in circles. CEO/other execs can be inaccessible and not in touch, many are rude, and most are condescending and "holier than thou/I know best" people who have been here a while and have loud voices/access to management think they can guide the business based on overconfidence in their abilities and product capabilities - but instead it is failing fast. many people drink the kool-aid and don't really look at the biz competition, difficulties to sell the product, and internal culture problems. favoritism is evident, and no real transparent growth opps. lots of promotions are for no real reason, and others that are deserved are under-shared.
