Pros

Great hours, travel, great training, awesome to work for, employee retention, very fun to do. Learn the cities and surrounding areas, intelligent peer group.

Cons

The benefits are expensive, the off time can be costly. The work can be a bit dirty. The shifts can be a little tiring. Really, overall a great place to work. The pay is ok, nothing to write home about but can put some food on the tables.

Amazing work-life balance. All levels of management are great people who are very easy to reach. The recruiting team is close and constantly in communication with each other.

Cons

A bit behind in terms of software to speed certain aspects up but not a big deal at all, no cons really.
