      Too many, toxic work culture, early hours, very inflexible, make you feel bad about taking time off

      Pros

      Amazing work-life balance. All levels of management are great people who are very easy to reach. The recruiting team is close and constantly in communication with each other.

      Cons

      A bit behind in terms of software to speed certain aspects up but not a big deal at all, no cons really.
