Pros
- People are generally very nice - Team members collaborate and work together - There is diversity, which is encouraged in the overall culture of the company. However, that same diversity is not widely apparent in management or leadership generally
Cons
- Difficulty in defining and maintaining processes and procedures, even though their training suggests otherwise - conflicting directives are often issued simultaneously which makes alignment on expectations difficult - Leadership often feels disconnected, and teams often are asked to change course immediately with little to no direction. This is directly in contradiction with how well individual teams work together. - Some times the leadership and management culture can seem like a "good old boys' club."
