Terrible/worthless health insurance
They raise the starting wage for new employees without giving across the board raises to everyone else. As a result new employees are making almost as much on day 1 as someone who has been there several years.

Management makes a show about listening to our concerns and make promises but never delivers.
They are steadily taking away benefits. For example we used to get about 6 pounds of free coffee sent to us in the mail every month. That is now gone. It takes 1 worker less than 15 minutes to produce enough product to provide this benefit for 20 people. Other benefits are disappearing out right or being reduced in value.
In the Seattle/Tacoma area the cost of rent for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment will take 1/2 of your pay at the current starting rate of and the raises are low and slow.
