Poor Management , constantly changing working hours - Production Sleeve Operator Keurig Dr Pepper Employee Review

You are told your hours will be 6 a.m. to 2:30. Changed hours without proper notice to make arrangements. You are up at 2 a.m. to start at 4 and work till 2:30. You work Fridays as well, even though management stated no Fridays. Massive turn over in production. Not enough people to run, and you are working without breaks since there is no one to relieve you. Poor communication from management. There is no on-the-job training. You are thrown onto the job , and learn as you go. When an employee threatens to physically harm your lead, and no disciplinary action is taken, explains what type of work environment you really are in. When complaints are made, there is no action being taken. Numerous complaints about harassment have been made, Upper management does not address. You are told to call their "SPEAK OUT" hotline , again , you r complaint is documented, with no results. Insurance is horrible. Premiums are low, but you must pay out $2500 out of pocket expense [for each person you have listed on your insurance]BEFORE YOUR DEDUCTIBLE KICKS IN. I would mot recommend KDP to anyone. The long hours, stress, and lack of leadership. false information about hours and policies are always changing. All this is not worth $24 an hour
