Toxic work environment - Anonymous employee Keurig Dr Pepper Employee Review

-The psychological safety of this place is absolute trash! Leadership doesn’t care and talk bad about employees constantly. -Leadership (Directors and up) think it’s an employee problem and fail to realize the toxic work environment root cause is actually them! -Employees afraid to speak up. -The raise each year doesn’t even cover inflation even if you go above and beyond. Contractors make more than employees! -Leadership says they value “work/life” balance but their actions (such as micromanaging every hour of your day) -PTO is not fair. Director and above get unlimited PTO but positions lower than Director you accrue time off. -Only 1 choice for Health insurance. It’s an expensive high deductible plan and it’s horrible. -Only 1 volunteer day paid. Do better! -Back to back meetings all day! -Unrealistic objectives -Mandated to come back to office 3 days per week and a majority (98%) of my meetings are from my desk on zoom! Waste of gas! -Cafe food is expensive. -Internet constantly goes out in the Frisco building during conference calls.
