In-house agency left in the dark - Anonymous employee Keurig Dr Pepper Employee Review

With the marketing reorganization layoffs and effectively cutting off the in-house agency leaves many employees uncertain in their future. No plans have been shared, and every townhall since then has ignored the in-house agency employees. Zero communication and morale is down. Also know of a few employees who were working above & beyond their job description with a promise of promotion for almost a year and that has been thrown out the window.
