Cons

Management is a joke. They have people in made up positions because they are buddy's with the right people. These so called management personnel have no idea on what it takes to be a leader. They give no direction, guidance, or organization to task. They do not know how to lead so therefore they just gripe about the job your doing daily to feel purposeful

Pros

Key is a great company, good pay ontime, perdiem can't be matched. Good benefits. Big improvement on pick ups

Cons

People always trying to move up and will throw there coworkers under the bus for that. Don't ever know who is your real boss is. It really depends who's u kiss to move up. Yard I was at is really bad on that. The managers friends don't matter if they have experience or not they always move up. Favoritism is the only way you move up experience or not
