Pros

In spite of all the layoffs and people leaving, there are still a lot of good people in the company.

Cons

Worst (former) president, CEO and chairman imaginable. If the Boad had "retired" him 2 or more years ago, the company would not be in its current condition. There is not a single initiative the company has undertaken that has not failed in his 10+ years with the company. Salary and benefit cuts have already been put in place. Limited opportunity right now.

Pros

Key is a great company, good pay ontime, perdiem can't be matched. Good benefits. Big improvement on pick ups

Cons

People always trying to move up and will throw there coworkers under the bus for that. Don't ever know who is your real boss is. It really depends who's u kiss to move up. Yard I was at is really bad on that. The managers friends don't matter if they have experience or not they always move up. Favoritism is the only way you move up experience or not
