Pros
The clients, sometimes free coffee, and co-workers were helpful in dealing with the manager.
Cons
The manager is incompetent, unorganized, indecisive, and selfish- all which make a terrible leader. The program manager has no business being where she is (she was promoted because there wasn't another option) and will not only be terrible to you, but doesn't care the slightest about clients. You will be fooled by the happy go lucky personality she has...but don't be. The co workers are miserable and have no sense of leadership. Again, if you're interested in outreach-it's a great program and job, just avoid Catonsville OR with your life.
