Pros

First 6 months is your time given to build a customer base, after that, it’s all down hill!

Cons

-Highly micro-managed environment. -After your initial 6 months, they raise your quota so high that it is almost impossible to attain your quota, which will then pay you out bonuses. Every employee complains of this. Every. Last. One. -Benefits are subpar. You will pay a lot to have health insurance. -Management (depends if you’re “in”) will never take care of an issue or it will take forever to do so. -They like their employee to believe any opinions they may have will be taken into consideration, but in reality you’re just part of the machine and taking up a seat at a desk. -This company encourages all their sales reps to up-sell ALL customers. For instance, if a customer calls KeySource and the rep knows they can save him/her half off, the rep will up-sell the customer so high and just enough to make the sale. -If I we’re a pharmacist looking for a new generic vendor or a person looking for employment, I would NEVER recommend this company. Ever. -Again, management does not care about you, you are there to make THEM money and they will adjust your quota so high so you will not be able to bonus, they may also drop your commission percentage. -A highly negative atmosphere with inappropriateness. *This review is not out of any bitterness, these are facts!!*

Pros

Good coaching, they give you time to build your book of business.

Cons

low base pay. You mainly see real money coming in when you hit all your metrics. The commision structure not that good.
