is money worth the time?

it looks attractive for package but by calculating the hours put in, it is not worth your time in this company. think twice before joining. no work life balance. totally working like a robot- cold calling twice a week, visits 6-7 per day , working late to do reports and testing. seniors cheated their salescall visits and cheated on OT pay still can be a leader. what a joke!
