Pros
Undoubtedly the best products on the market, you have an abundance of resources to help you sell and be successful, the middle managers are great, fun office culture & great pay for college grads.
Cons
Pay is not competitive after 2 years in the industry, you can leave for literally any competitor who will pay you more. Everyone (including area managers) is micromanaged from upper management. In the last 2 years the company has adopted the belief that everyone is replaceable and that quantity of employees rather than quality of employees is more important.
