      Great bonus structure guarantees you at least $75-80k in first year of working with potential to earn up to $96K based on achievement. Lots of autonomy in how you do your job.

      Cons

      Very traditional workplace. A lot of pressure placed in metrics which can be stressful depending on the person. Job function doesn't appear to change even for those who have been at company 6+ yrs

      Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

      Cons

      Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
