Pros
The training experience was absolutely top-notch. The amount of effort and not to mention money the company invests in their new employees is very rare within the industry. The job is very metric-driven, so what that implies is that the harder you work, the higher the yield. Try to be open-minded about the negative reviews here, obviously, the company has its cons, but so does every other company, this isn't a job where you can just sit back and perform the bare minimum and expect to receive the benefits.
Cons
The work day is relatively long. depending on your assignment territory, there can also be a lot of driving involved, but you can perceive that as a pro if you are someone who doesn't mind spending a lot of time on the road, especially when you are being paid by the mile.
