      Good work culture at keyence

      Very bad procedure for placement, first of all they shortlisted almost every one who wrote the online exam and in the group discussion and jam round only 15 got selected no matter how well we did . We had to go so far and realized that they are randomly choosing candidates. Very disappointed.

      Pros

      Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

      Cons

      Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
