Pros
Keyhole Software's greatest strength is the ability to allow high talent individuals the opportunity to help companies solve real problems without requiring 60+ hours/week that would otherwise be expected of unicorns. Work is always readily available, so no hunting to hit 40 hours/week. Management and staff are very closely tied together. Happy hours, tech nights, and X-mas parties are a must.
Cons
Consultant positions are hourly, so no PTO. It is easy to create a silo since the team is so geographically diverse, but team events work to create a sense of community. HQ is unlike a modern tech company, may be off-putting to interviews.
