The culture encourages growth...we are constantly learning new technologies and finding ways to apply them. The team enjoys being around each other (most of the time!), and we have each others back.

Cons

It is consulting, so change is expected and common. If you are looking to work at the same address, same building, same desk, on the same business problem for a long time, then this may not be the fit for you.
