Pros
I don't think I have ever worked in an environment where I felt as much positivity and support or felt as valued; it starts with Chris and Dave and permeates from there. Overall, it's a pretty laid-back office culture sprinkled with happy hours, tech nights, food-themed holiday potlucks, etc. Don't get me wrong, Keyhole is serious and passionate about delivering quality software for its clients, but also knows work/life balance is paramount to keeping good employees. That's why turnover is rare. We laugh a lot, too.
Cons
I can't really think of anything negative to say about the company or culture. With it being a small, locally owned business of about 50-60 employees, benefits may cost a little more than if you work for a large corporation that gets volume discounts. That being said, I believe Keyhole absorbs the majority of this for the employees.
