Pros
None that I experienced in my final years.
Cons
I spent 14 years at a company that was acquired by Keysight, and my experience after the acquisition was extremely disappointing—especially under the leadership of Steve Yoon. After three years at Keysight, my role was eliminated despite consistently exceeding quota at 120%+. I was told by Steve Yoon that I would need to accept a different position with a significant pay reduction. When I brought this conversation to HR, he denied the details of our discussion. The entire process felt unfair and lacked transparency. Compounding the situation, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease shortly before leaving the company. I was left to navigate this major health challenge completely on my own, without severance, continued benefits, or any meaningful support from the organization. Poor leadership and lack of integrity from management (specifically, Steve Yoon) Abrupt role eliminations even for top performers Inadequate support during major life/health events Unfair pay adjustments and broken commitments
