Highly technical boots on the ground both in the divisions and from the sales teams.
Cons
Sales team management is afraid of anti-trust lawsuits, so they are extremely conservative with the field sales organization. They could loosen up to improve business results without breaking any laws. Upper management is not always held accountable to results.
