Pros
Keysight has a legacy of good products and innovation as well as a supportive culture. Though the culture has taken a major hit with the current management team, the people are some of the best I've worked with.
Cons
Management is not a partner with the working folks. The company has regressed to a management by intimidation/threats culture. Perhaps its a reflection of the country at large, but Keysight is all about Wall Street.
