Worst Management i have ever seen. You must have heard the story that a dictator keeps all the money and normal people of that country suffers. Same situation is in this company. This company is buying other companies like anything to keep their investors happy but at the time of giving hike to their own employees they just say we are in loss and they even fire some employees. I am from upper management and we are told to make employees struggle, give them more work everyday to keep them busy for 14+ hours. Statistics show more 30% employees are fired in last 1 year, most of them were new hires. Every week, your manager will do atleast one face to face meeting with you to show you that you have done this wrong blah blah. They will make your morale low so that you feel you are doing your job wrong and you need to work hard, actually thats a one of the trick given by upper management of how to convince employees to work for more than 14 hours a day. You can see how low level this company is. Join at your own risk.
