Pros
Most co-workers are very nice people, easy to work with, no dramas. No layoffs even during the worst time. Able to remote and flexible hours.
Cons
Compensation is 40% less than industry average in California. They say bonus and raises are performance based, but it's more like market based, if the marked is bad, even top performers don't get anything. No standard raise for promotion, it's all depending on the market, they would promote somebody to take more responsibility but don't give the raise until 2 years later. Micromanagement has been increasing recent years.
