None, none, none, none, none, none. Used to be an okay company, but not anymore. No pros, just all cons.

Cons

Upper management, LIES, LIES, LIES. Business model is to undercut every bid or job, then change-order client to death, then blame mid management when customer complains.

Cons

Toxic culture. Company does not share the direction of the company, financials, etc. Nothing to make you feel good about the company. Good ol' boys. Hiring discrimination. Do not care about employee engagement. Weeks go by without you meeting your boss. Don't feel prepared to perform the work.
