No Systems in place, No legit training programs, No organization, Promise's are not kept. Understaffed constantly. Can't keep employees due to the lack of structure and communication. Employees are always scrabbling around to get the job done regardless of how they get it done. Keystone works out of google docs and excel for EVERYTHING. Everything is extremely manual and time consuming due to the lack of systems in place. Procedures are constantly changing back and fourth. Office employees are extremely under paid and unvalued for the amount of manual work you do. If you want a respectable long term career - do not apply.
