Some job sites are farther out from home where a hotel may be the best option but not the only option. Long hours can be a bit burning out if your not a workaholic.

Toxic culture. Company does not share the direction of the company, financials, etc. Nothing to make you feel good about the company. Good ol' boys. Hiring discrimination. Do not care about employee engagement. Weeks go by without you meeting your boss. Don't feel prepared to perform the work.
