Bad hours, horrible HR dept, horrible accounting department, low pay for the industry, terrible insurance, terrible retirement, dont care about their employees only care about results and their bottom line

I tried to come up with one...and can't

Cons

Toxic culture. Company does not share the direction of the company, financials, etc. Nothing to make you feel good about the company. Good ol' boys. Hiring discrimination. Do not care about employee engagement. Weeks go by without you meeting your boss. Don't feel prepared to perform the work.
