Working at Keystone overall is a pleasant experience. Ownership is directly involved in operations and they are easily accessible and approachable. Everyone is treated respectfully and professionally. I've never worked anywhere else where management cared about the employees as much as Keystone does. Benefits are pretty good and the flexible schedule is awesome. One of the biggest pro's of working at Keystone is the knowledge gained working alongside some very sharp and experienced folks.
Cons
Often there are tight deadlines to meet client needs.

Small group leads to big egos. Little to no oversite on design leads, wich has lead to poor leadership and growth opportunities for any lower to mid level person joining the team.
