Pros

The work is very chill, it's a nice place if you are not ambitious in your career

Cons

They only promote their own friends, no chance if you are not friends with the managers

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! Redgarding the points about fairness in promotions - all of our promotion processes are multi-step and are handled by committees with objective criteria built in and separate HR oversight and verification to ensure that there is minimal risk of favoritism. We always strive to improve these processes and are sorry that you had a negative experience with that. Thank you again for your feedback, and we're happy to see that you seem to have enjoyed the work overall.

Pros

- I like my peers, they're funny and young (not Courtney)

Cons

where do i start.. - This job is remote, but you are forced to ONLY work from home. You can't even go two minutes down the street. As if we're working on some ultra private government content. Let me reiterate, YOU CANNOT WORK ANYWHERE OTHER THAN YOUR HOME. As if we are quarantined. - 30 minute unpaid lunch that you have to work off at the end of the day (as if we are minimum wage service workers not working a 9-5) - Extremely low pay, pay us like dogs - Leadership has a huge stick up their butts - You are basically on call all the time, they expect you to respond within 10 minutes of any message, and if you dont, you're in trouble
