- Job security - Projects come constantly, so there is always work to be done - High profile projects - In time you'll get to work on some of your favourite games

- Low salaries overall - Corporate culture reigns, making it difficult to progress both professionally and economically, especially if you speak up against it and other shady practices. - Very poor internal tools forced upon by management that increase the individual workload, caused by higher-ups not listening to the needs of employees - Experience and know-how is not a valued asset in general. - Management show little knowledge of the real issues, with a tendency to ignore these

Reasonable and professional culture, friendly and skilled coworkers. Good WFH work life balance

-Little room for career progression in my project: promotions not based on subject matter expertise or performance; uneven distribution/expectation of work -Benefits available though minimal coverage; low pay and PTO
