Pros

You get some experience in the gaming industry and a Microsoft v-. Also, fellow colleagues are really nice and the environment is multicultural.

Cons

NO job security whatsoever. Management is constantly dishonest and very unorganized. They lie to you saying that you will have a job for 3 months, you make plans, and then they keep you for one month and after that you stay one month home. Very stressful environment as you do not know what will happen from one day to the next. Management plays favorites, keeping some people although they have nothing to do, promoting some people although they lack the skills. They keep promising and lying while nothing materializes. Lack of diversity in higher management, only one woman test lead. Might be a good job for someone with no work experience, but as a career or a personal investment not worth it at all.

Pros

- I like my peers, they're funny and young (not Courtney)

Cons

where do i start.. - This job is remote, but you are forced to ONLY work from home. You can't even go two minutes down the street. As if we're working on some ultra private government content. Let me reiterate, YOU CANNOT WORK ANYWHERE OTHER THAN YOUR HOME. As if we are quarantined. - 30 minute unpaid lunch that you have to work off at the end of the day (as if we are minimum wage service workers not working a 9-5) - Extremely low pay, pay us like dogs - Leadership has a huge stick up their butts - You are basically on call all the time, they expect you to respond within 10 minutes of any message, and if you dont, you're in trouble
