Upper management is really out of touch with most of the team and the realities of what they face day to day inside and outside of the job, yet they say we are a family. The raises they give out don’t even keep up with the cost of inflation, and they raise the cost of benefits every year it’s like you don’t even get a raise. Most of the time you are doing the job of 2-3 people. They ask you to fill out surveys a few times a year yet I have not seen them take any action on the issues raised by those who were on my team as they are still issues today. Outdated software and equipment make is hard to be efficient. No SOP from market to market on how teams are ran, favorites are played and it’s obvious.
