Leadership is disconnected from the realities we face. ISS is both underpaid and overworked compared to other departments. We work from 8 to 6 and never receive early release, despite company-wide emails from Kforce announcing it. Salaries for new hires have been adjusted, but existing employees haven’t seen any changes. Those of us who are training new associates are earning less than the people we’re training. The training manager does none of the training. Managers push us to vote for them for awards they don't deserve. I've witnessed a male leader shopping online in the office while we work. The list of issues goes on and on.
