Pros

1. Amazing interview process (Based on critical thinking and approaches instead of only correct answers) 2. Breadth of cutting-edge technologies to work on (Diversified projects in various domains with large-scale enterprise ) 3. Get to learn about business along with technologies (Best part which is not common to get in Product based organizations) 4. Veteran mentors in the US (Ex-Trilogy techies) 5. Thoughtful India Leadership (Technically strong and peoples guys. They are ambitious but know the importance of empathy and humanity for the employees) 6. Kickass peer group (You get to learn a lot from peers. Whether it's on open source frameworks, Cloud-based infra like AWS, Conferences, Certifications etc) 7. Extreme focus on quality delivery and client's sensitiveness. (They don't lower down their technical & delivery quality bar) 8. Excellent pay and benefits 9. Positive growth opportunity as the company has just started in India with proven records of business success over last 6 years

Cons

1. Need to increase the footprints of India employees with respect to other dev partners. (How to collaborate more) 2. Hire more leaders in India (Similar to current ones, otherwise its going to be difficult to keep the high achievers motivated) 3. Create more centralized expertise to be the best in few

Thank you for the feedback. We believe in work-play-learn and attempt to give equal emphasis to all three. As an organization, we try to strike a balance between work and play by having meeting free Fridays, flexible leaves, weekly sports outings, and hybrid work options to name a few.

Pros

The office had decent snacks and the Austin location itself is nice.

Cons

I entered the establishment with the expectation that the diversity and inclusion messaging I had encountered would be genuine, but it was nothing more than a facade. Every meeting had someone talking about how committed we were to DEI, we had all these initiatives and discussion groups, but when it came to actual decision-making and who got promoted or heard in the room it was the same people every single time. I watched people from underrepresented groups bring ideas that went nowhere and then a few months later someone else would get credit for basically the same thing. The constant talking points about inclusion made it worse somehow, because the gap between what we said and what we did was so obvious. I am not asking for perfection but the disconnect between all the messaging and the reality was exhausting and demoralizing.
