Pros
Teachers here are nice, and all are certified/licensed. They give you enough time to finish or wrap up whatever you are working on for your career (ex. 12 units for certificates, studies, etc.) They also offer life insurance, vision & dental, and also 70-90% employee discount. Career opportunities- GREAT, other daycare+Preschools reach out because you have experience at a big, organized, chained preschool. Pay wise- pretty good compared to other small daycare/preschools.
