      kids are so sweet and cute

      Cons

      management, low staff and high turnover rate. This place was being investigated by the state while I was employed for being understaffed.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
