      Pros

      It is a Good Company to work for. I liked coworkers, fair wages and childcare discounts. State of the art facility.

      Cons

      I did not like this particular center management. It was too focused on education even for the youngest children and didn't allow enough time for simple free play.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
